Matt is one of the city prosecutors who works closely with the police, he also happens to be blind meaning the missing sunlight won't mess with his daily routine. If your character needs a hand from someone who can get around without any light he's usually happy to lend a hand.

He's also Recolle's newest Vigilante (name not given because he doesn't remember it yet) who will continue to intervene where there's trouble. If you missed last month's log don't worry, I'd be happy to plot with anyone else who wants their character to run into him.

I'm definitely interested in the subway exploration plot if anyone wants Matt in their group. Matt has super senses that can act like a radar, meaning he'll be able to pick up on subtle details and far away objects that others can't, including down in the dark subway.
