Matt (or should I say the vigilante?) has been signed up for the event so we'll see what group and partner he ends up with! There's a chance he'll show up with the mask on only for Retrospec to reveal his secret identity by giving his name. We'll see if that comes up or not. I imagine whoever his partner is might at least get a peak behind the mask. Once we have more info on the event let's plot!
For those stuck in the city, there's always a chance to bump into him before the 3rd and he'll still be available via the network!
