Daemon Mini Plot
Hello, Recolle! If you'd like your character to fight or yell at a video game mini boss, this may interest you! For full disclosure, this will also eventually end in Clover's death.
Intoners in Drakengard 3 can summon creatures or things called daemons. On August 24th, due to the nature of the current event and coupled with some other factors, Clover will summon Four's daemon, Armaros. She will be of sound enough mind to try to summon it just outside of the city, but once she summons the daemon, the immense power of the process will break her mind, and she will become destructive.
If anyone would like to be the person to notice Clover doing this and notify people, please me know! Otherwise, Clover can probably make some kind of melodramatic declaration, or well, it's hard not to eventually notice Armaros because while Clover starts her rampage outside of the city, she'll slowly move towards the city if no one stops her.
Armaros is a flying fortress lined with cannons and held up by wyverns. It's essentially a two part boss fight in Drakengard 3 because the green squares are more or less a magical tracking system that will pull anyone towards one of Armaros's four "eyes", which are basically a buzzsaw trap. Once the four eyes are defeated, the top part will detach itself and a ball of light will emerge to shoot out vertical and horizontal energy beams. Every part of Armaros can be fought! Every part does not need to be fought because honestly, if you'd rather kill all the wyverns or detach the fortress from the wyverns, I'd be down with it crashing into the ground and destroying it. Here's a video for reference (it's a little nsfw because Zero is never safe for work). If nothing else, Armaros has great background music.
Realistically, for Armaros, I can handle a max of three fighting threads with groups up to three characters. If there are more than three (groups of) people interested, I'll RNG it. If people don't want to fight Armaros but want their character to be hurt or something of theirs to be destroyed, I am open to that, too! Just comment below and we can work something out. I am, however, open to as many people who want to yell at Clover or otherwise. Edit: Because I'm an idiot and didn't mention this before, I'm cutting off sign ups on August 17th and will contact people on August 18th.
Clover will need to be stopped, but I already have someone lined up to deal the killing blow. After revival, she won't be wanting to see anyone, but she can't stop anyone from trying to see her. This is just a head's up that she'll still be difficult even after dying once. I'm sorry.
If any of this can be tailored to help you get a regain, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate! For additional info/permissions about Intoners, I wrote up another post here. This is my first time doing a plot like this, so if you have any questions or you'd like something clarified or expanded on, please let me know!
