SLAMS INTO HERE

souji only just arrived here in recolle during late dec/early jan so he's pretty new to the city (though he did come here once as a kid like... over ten years ago, laughs) so he's going to be pretty much everywhere to explore and learn about the place. some things he'd be doing!

• checking out the food stands and probably eating anything questionable and that he probably shouldn't, like candwiches and whatever the hell this thing is... someone stop him
  
• he is definitely going to be around the chocobos. possibly riding them or questioning whether or not they lay eggs like normal birds or are they like big mammals like what's their deal
  
• getting tangled up with someone and wacky hijinks??
  
• probably playing with stray cats around the festival and paying attention to them instead of the other stuff because cats are Important

but i'm totally free for any plans! souji is a loner at this point so he needs some outgoing people to hang around with. also since i got to the ooc intro kind of lately, feel free to add me on plurk at northpaws for any plotting or whatnot! just give me a head's up first so i know who's adding, laughs
