Koutarou will be busy working for the earlier half of the day, since he has a commission to work on - but he'll let it rest for a while, so he can look at it with fresh eyes tomorrow. But this means he'll be a bit tired from working without sleep again though he did take a nap before leaving his atelier so he's not super tired at least.

There's no way he'll miss attending the festivities for at least a little while though, and he'll be looking for food and things to draw. He'll definitely want to watch the parade, because he will draw scenes from it.

If anyone gets up to crazy shenanigans and you want someone to draw the scene so it's even more stuck in everyone's memories (bc he'll likely update his instagram or twitter feed with photos of the sketches or something) then he's your man! You can even handwave it as having happened already, because he'll just be in the background. maybe I should make a post in his journal about things he posts in it and when, and if anyone wants to they can comment on it if they want him to draw their shenanigans; is that a thing?

He'll want to help out people that get tangled up in that string so he'll likely get tangled up as well.

He'll also want to say hello to the chocobos and will also draw them.
