SIGN-UP ANNOUNCEMENTS + AC ANNOUNCEMENTS
Hello everyone!
After some assessment by the mod team and reviewing how many players are in-game, we will be moving the sign-up closing date for August's event from 8/2 to the end of this month's AC period, 11:59pm EST on 7/31!
While this does not include anyone on hiatus until 8/1 (these players may sign up no later than the original date of 8/2), for all other participants, we ask for you to sign up by the new date of 11:59pm on 7/31 solely to allow us as moderators enough time to organize your groups and, need be, make more groups based on sign-ups! We apologize for the oversight in the amount of time we may need for the hypothetical latter case.

QR code sign-ups also close at 12am EST on 7/30! Please get these in before sign-ups close so that we may account for everyone who will be utilizing QR codes! Your sign-up post for this is here!
In addition, we would like to use this time to remind you guys to please fill out your AC forms appropriately! For the required regains link, please link to your memory request and our approval and not the thread the memory was regained in! We will be kicking back any AC comments that do not follow the appropriate format, as we have always done.
And finally, as notated on our plurk, the mod log set for tomorrow will be going up at 12pm EST instead of our usual mod-post time at 9pm EST. Thank you guys for your time!

Couple of things though -
1. When you say "bonus points," that just refers to the points earned normally through gameplay in excess of AC, right? So it's not like a bingo is worth extra points as opposed to a normal thread?
2. Freebie regains can't be "saved for later," so to speak? We have to submit them before July ends? (Not a problem if that's the case, just making sure.)

1.) Yes, that's exactly it! Pretty much you can keep threading as long as you want for points like you would any normal thread. All point values are still the same.
2.) That is also correct! Freebies need to be submitted before AC period closes, as this is true for all monthly freebies. We hope this helps!
