recollectersHi guys, just some brief game notes for you to peruse!
-Your overflow for the Retrospec post is over here! You are free to move your threads over there or continue them in your inbox.
-After getting some feedback from you guys and talking about it amongst ourselves, we’ve decided we’re going to swap to a quarterly HMD system instead of bimonthly. We encourage you guys to use each others’ HMDs for anything, and if you have notes you wish to share with the game (about being slow for the month, about a direction your character’s going, etc.) feel free to include it in your plotting comment on the monthly plot post! As for us, you can always shoot us a note via PM or mod contact for anything you may wish to address. We will also always have a mod comment on plotting posts as well for questions and etc. What does this mean then? It means that the next HMD will go up at the beginning of July, followed by one at the beginning of October, then the beginning of January, then the beginning of April and back to July again.
-Speaking of July! We wanted to give you guys a heads up that in July and August we will be hosting a two-part mod-event! We’re currently in the works setting it up right now (and will be reaching out to some of you who have brought us player plots you would like to run in July) to get all of this fleshed out and ready. The actions your characters take in July will bleed directly into August, and those actions will then have a fairly large impact on the game. Stay tuned!
-Some of you guys are very, very clever and it blows us away. Be sure to check out the comments of this post for even more neat scripts and codes you can use for tallying your AC!
-And finally, here is this month’s list of characters who have dropped or idled.

That’s all we have for you right now! As a reminder, the event log will go up tomorrow (5/3) at 9pm EST and last until 11:59PM 5/10.
As a note: since this is an event in which you’ll be able to travel places you haven’t traveled before, please come to us with ideas! Some of you already have and it’s great to see, but if there’s somewhere you want to have your characters explore, give us a heads up a day in advance or so so that we can get you guys a description of what’s going on, what your characters will find and etc! (Please hold off on sending these requests until after the log goes up just so that everyone knows what’s up ICly.)
Furthermore, for clarification, all regains will be shrunken down with your characters! Items they’ve obtained in the city itself or pets they have in the city will remain full-sized but anything bought via points will be downgraded. Powers/abilities purchased will be able to be used once at full-size but then will be downgraded to the size of your character (i.e. a character with telekinesis can move one large object but then will only be able to move pebbles and blades of grass.) If you’re unclear about any changes in your character’s powers shoot us a note and we can help specify.
