OCTOBER ANNOUNCEMENTS + POLL

Hello! Today we have three matters of business: a poll regarding our app round timing from November through January, the AC drop list, and some regains tiers we reached!

Regarding application rounds, with our current on-off system the next round after this month would be in December. However, due to the holidays we are not running the application round during the month of December! That means that our next round would actually be in January. That said, today we are asking if the game as a whole would prefer to have an extra application round next month in November to make up for the lack of our December round, or if everyone would prefer to skip the rounds until January. Please vote once per player!

Finally, let's talk about tiers, world regains, and etc.

Starting tonight at 9pm EST (along with the event log going up) the following shall be in existence/in effect:

-Normal apples now exist alongside the dancing, wiggling apples. Fruits have now been fully restored!

-Some candid, cryptic photos of horses begin to surface. They are still regarded as creatures of myth by NPCs but have bumped to the status of creatures such as Big Foot or the Loch Ness Monster.

-Art supplies regain the color blue. This extends to paint, markers, crayons, colored pencils and pens.

Canon-specific

-Golems. Golems now exist in the city of Recollé and can be purchased from any store that sells electronics, etc. What is a golem? Golems are these fun little guys from the world of D. Gray-man. Unlike Allen Walker's friend Timcampy, mechanical golems are a bit different!

- Mechanical golems can actually be used for communication, which means these little guys can be used for phone calls/texts and Retrospec.
- Mechanical golems can't repair themselves. If they break, they're broken.
- While they will recognize whom they belong to and have some vague semblance of loyalty, there isn't much sentience to these guys and they won't have personalities.
- They don't have mouths.
- Finally, they can record audio and video and play it back! However, unlike Tim, the mechanical golems will not be able to record/playback character's canon memories! This aspect will only impact the AU setting.

Finally:

In addition we would like to say that while we may approve certain world changes, for plot purposes we may ask to hold off on incorporating them ICly for specific reasons. However, we are always open to speaking to you about these various changes you guys wish to see.

I think I know the answer to this, but just to make sure! If we have an event where Retrospec/phone communication goes down again like during the monster attack, will the mechanical golems also be unable to contact anybody?

In situations like those, all mechanical devices/communications would be shut down, yes! We will always let you know when communication is possible or impossible.
