As noted in your acceptance notification, we also ask that new characters not do inbox threads involving the Retrospec app or world changes or the like until they are officially granted access to the rest of the comms (TDM threads of course can be continued). Characters will still be at NPC status without the ability to recognize any oddities until the Retrospec post is up at 9PM EST on the 1st!

in recolle, gamzee is a hispanic, music loving carnival themed tattoo slash street artist who avidly worships christianity while also being really bad at it but still taking his version of it as seriously as fresh donuts. he’s also a harmless weed dealer 🖖 he comes in peace. for now i guess.

Hi everyone, I’m Nova, and I’m new to the community. I’m bringing you my oc, Alistair Vacher, known in Recolle as Avery Holland.

Avery is an overly-serious young man at times, and it’s somewhat hard to get him to smile. He values order and the “right way” of doing things. He’s also well known for just sighing and going along with it if he likes you. Quietly, behind the scenes, he likes to encourage mischief, but he’s mostly known as a good kid, the serious one of the two Holland kids.

He values his sister more than he values his own life; upset her at your own risk.

Avery runs Anastasia Fashions in Enprise, a clothing design store that is known for the designs having pockets on everything, though this development is very recent. It is what contributed to the rise in popularity of the store. Don’t underestimate the value of pockets.

HELLO I'm Mola and I'm very new! I'm bringing in Suzu Kuromori from Ensemble Girls!, which takes place one year later and in the same city as some game with an idol boys school. She's a chuunibyou that pretends to be a Fallen Angel rockstar with a left eye that has special powers to hide her loneliness and complex towards her heterochromia. She is the vice leader of her school's Light Music Club though, so maybe one of those delusions was accurate...

In Recolle she's a shy, unremarkable and depressing normie struggling with a major that she's not really into and rotates between many part-time jobs to save up money. She still very much has a complex over her mismatched eyes. That's about it and I apologize to all my CR when she goes back to being a melodramatic delusional jerk that loudly shreds on her guitar at 2am.

Hey, everyone! I'm Lin. I am sorta a newbie while not one all at once? Since I was in this game a few months ago, with the same character, but had to sadly drop. I now return with her again.

For those who don't know, she is an obscure character, known as Nike Lemercier, from the manga series Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii. If anyone recognizes it or her, I already love you!! As for everyone else, she is a shounen-wannabe spunky, reckless princess with the heart of gold that forgets she's part of a shoujo because she has the power to summon and control the weather, use hypnosis, sense and speak to the dead and the spirits of her world, can forge contracts to gain emotional telepathy powers with her partners, and has environmental telepathy. Which she does not have the power to do nor the new title of goddess of world destruction neither and won't have it until another English fan-group picks up the series again.

In Recolle, she is known as Ava, and is a 20 year old university student who, this time around, is studying business while working to become a professional tennis player all to keep her freedom and not have it stripped away by her manipulative and controlling parents. She has interests in aikido and practicing parkour. You can expect her to be pretty friendly, outgoing, helpful, and an optimistic jokester.

It isn't difficult to get CR with her because she's very proactive. I'm excited to see the types of shenanigans she'll get herself into. Totally did not add that tidbit to get spirit or ghost characters to torture her

What's up, it's Mira 2! Or that person who was playing Shouto Todoroki for like a year. I left for a grand total of a month before coming back with Izuku Midoriya from My Hero Academia. In canon he's a hero in training!

In Recolle he's a 19 year old college student trying to figure out what he's doing with the rest of his life. He moved to Recolle for high school, since his father got transferred. His backstory is something he doesn't like talking about, but he was bullied for a very long time. It's over here if you'd like a run down.

Hey, everyone! I can't believe it, but this is Tseil bringing a third baby here into Recolle! Zack Fair from FFVII! I hope I can do him justice honestly, I'm really excited to get the chance to play him!

Zack runs his own personalisation carpentry shop called The Recollection. It sits right next to Genesis' Open Book, so don't be shy! He specialises in mementos, if you want those made for any occasion, but he's more than happy to make almost anything you ask. He works in wood, metal, and leather.

He's also pretty hype to get to know everyone and goes with the flow. He's not terribly different from his canon self, actually. He's 100% social and ready to help everyone.

Hello Lin!!! Welcome back to the game. I think I might have missed playing with you the last time you were here but I'm excited you are back!!!

I meant to hit you up at the TDM but time got away from me and I'm sorry that I didn't get a chance to! But I'm very much looking forward to everything we established at the AU workshop!! Everything about Ava sounds super cute and even though I'm canon blind to her series, I already like her. I'm always looking for new series to check out so I'll definitely have to put it on my list.

Hey, no worries! Life has been kicking my butt too. We can always rp now and have them go "OH HEY YOU DIDN'T VANISH" reactions. And yeah, no surprise, since I was only here for a month and a half, and barely tagged....

Either way, I am just as excited to get this CR started and have them be buds and go adventuring. Hopefully I'll be able to play her well. This canon is obscure due to the subject matter of a May-December romance with the youngest being eleven and a genocidal tyrant. I highly recommend the manga if you don't mind some triggering issues because the anime removes most of the gritty stuff and makes it fluffier than it actually is (which I do appreciate for the most part because right now the current arc has been GoT levels if Disney had control of it).
