It's a heavy heart for me to do this, but I feel that he's not cut out to be in this setting. So I'm afraid I'm going to drop Tony out of the game. Don't worry, I still got Professor Sycamore in here, so I won't be going anywhere for a while.
I also askedcatsudon for him to let him participate in the Romeo and Juliet play in NPC state and after that, he might stay in Recolle as an NPC for the rest of the game.
Regardless, I might app him again in here someday, but for now, I don't think he'll be able to keep up in Recolle for a while.
