Photography back-dated log! (INTEREST CHECK)

Hey, Recolle! I did a photography request post on the main comm Quite Some Time ago and I meant to get the log up towards the middle of July, but everything happened. Ended up largely MIA for that month and didn't accomplish my goals.

However, I'd like to put the back-dated log up this weekend (4th or 5th). Log will be backdated to July 15th.

This is basically just an interest check as well as a heads up for everyone who took part that isn't on my plurk list. Additionally, if you didn't comment on the post and would like to take part in the log, you're welcome to come! It'll be completely open.

It'll mostly serve as a mingle log.

AC UPDATES + ETC

Hi everyone! 🦄

Congratulations on getting through the first AC period with the new system! You guys did awesome; a lot of the notifications we sent out were very minor things and several things were made clear to us to help us iron out the kinks of our AC system.

As such, we have a couple of announcements/calls to action/etc.

First of all, we will be writing a short AC guide that makes it a little more clear how to submit AC, what counts as proofs, etc. Some of the things we want to include in this guide include the following:

Secondly, our Allen Walker player, Yuff, updated one of the AC spreadsheets floating around to reflect our new AC rules. You can look at the post about this here!

We would be interested in hearing your feedback about this new AC system, questions you guys had, etc! We want to streamline this and make it better for everybody while sticking with this system.

Speaking of streamlining...

We are looking for AC helpers!

So. There are three of us! Lucy, Megan, Ty. For a long while the three of us were perfectly capable of being able to get through AC as quickly and efficiently as possible, and then one day we blinked and realized there's over 150 of you and only three of us. With the game growing every app cycle (something which still amazes us and we continue to be excited and grateful for), we've realized that in order to continue being efficient with AC we will need to divide up the duties a little bit.

For anyone interested, this would only be for AC and we would need your help as soon as the AC period closes at 12am EST on the first of each month! We would write up a list of guidelines and give access to view the documents we use to crosscheck AC and work with you to confirm that AC standards are met and nobody is accidentally miscalculating bonus points. Further details will be discussed with anyone interested. Should you be interested, please hit our mod contact post or PM us.

That said...we're finally done! We will put up your plot post tomorrow, group assignments will go out tomorrow, and the drop list should be finalized tomorrow as well. Thank you guys so much for everything, and we're excited to see you in August!

AC Spreadsheet Tracker & Automation: New AC Rules Edition!

Hey guys! This is Yuff (Allen/Noah player), with another spreadsheet and automation code to help players keep track and post their AC in an easier manner.

This particular code has been written with the new AC rules in mind, and has been tested for the past month (shout-out to Saffy for helping me with the testing!). It's easy to use even for people not familiar with spreadsheets or automation codes, and completely covers everything you need for an AC submission.

For this code you are required to have a google/gmail account. Google accounts are free to make.
